This painting (The Three Sisters - oil on canvas) was painted on May 9th, 2007 (a gift to my mother on her birthday - I painted this work on her birthday) at the Lyndale Peace Park (rock) Garden in Minneapolis. This work was recently exhibited at the Perpich Center for Arts Education in Golden Valley, MN for a show entitled, "10 Amazing Women Artists." I had approximately 18 pieces of work in that awesome exhibition.
